A job gets its price the moment a driver or the office logs it, from the rate card you set for that customer. There is nothing to look up later and nothing to work out from a run sheet, because the price is already on the job.
Each customer’s jobs are grouped, the fuel levy is applied, and there is a total for every vehicle. You read down the list and change anything that isn’t right. Then you create the invoices in one go.
